My role is to simplify the process by educating you on the process of Assessment Centers and what your department is looking for.  Certain dimensions are required in the different portions of the Assessment Center.  Proper preparation and training will help you to achieve the confidence you will need to achieve your goals. My goal is for the people I train to get promoted focusing on what it takes to be a Fire Officer who can command any incident effectively and efficiently.
